The Role
We are seeking an IPTV Content Coordinator to join the Connected Stadiums Team. In this role, you will be part of the team to bring to life an immersive match day experience based at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) with potential crossover to additional stadiums across Melbourne. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for, and interest in, learning new equipment, systems, and workflows across IPTV. This person will thrive as part of a supportive team and be eager to grow and learn in an ever-evolving connected solution environment.
Your Focus in This Role
- Responsible for all creative content displayed at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) across both events and non-event days.
- Ensures quality control of all signage content, with a wide variety of static and animated graphics.
- Makes sure that the IPTV network is playing the proper content during specific time periods and match events.
- Properly actions the IPTV support to clients, partners and end users in a timely fashion.
- Monitors, reports, troubleshoots, and escalates resources as required to address technical issues such as television, digital signage failures and operational issues.
- Build strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinates, and liaises with MKTG operators & teams during live events.
- Attends team meetings, training and assists with post event feedback report faults.

- You possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work across a flexible schedule. You understand that working in sports and events is not a 9-5 Monday to Friday role and you’re happy to work across match days which fall outside traditional working hours on a weekly basis.
- Experience in Sports Presentation & Live Event Presentation is advantageous
Preferred Technical & Creative Skills
- 2+ year’s experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and Canva.
- 2+ years experience across Microsoft Office software & tools.
- Project Management Tools such as Monday.com is a bonus
- You will have technical aptitude to undertake basic/first level support troubleshooting of content issues.
