KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support via email and social media channels
- Resolve simple and complex issues by providing exceptional service that delights
Social Media:
- Assist in planning and producing content for our Instagram and Tiktok that aligns with our brand
- Assist in planning and managing a social media calendar that incorporates key events, dates and the newest social media trends
- Create engaging Instagram stories that are on-brand and spark conversation
- Manage and grow our online community through meaningful interactions and prompt replies to comments and tagged content
- Assist in evolving and executing a social media strategy that drives revenue through optimising organic and paid channels
- Assist with managing partnerships - identify opportunities and execute strategic collaborations with influencers and content creators
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and pop culture events that are relevant to our consumer
- Measure and report on social media performance and engagement
WHO YOU ARE
You're a social media whiz with a passion for connecting with people. You have:
- Ideally 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- A passion for customer experience and providing service that goes above and beyond
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly and succinctly
- A deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok (experience on platforms such as Youtube and Pinterest are a bonus)
- Your finger on the pulse when it comes to all things: social media, trends, pop culture & Gen Z culture
- An eye for visual aesthetics, impeccable attention to detail and a talent for storytelling
- Proficiency in using a phone camera and content creation tools e.g. Canva, Inshot, Capcut, Lightroom etc.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to be nimble and an all-rounder at times

LOCATION & HOURS
- Melbourne-based role
- This is a part-time role requiring 15 to 20 hours a week
- Hours and days can be flexible
- Hybrid arrangement where you’ll work from home for the most part but we’ll get together for meetings, brainstorms, photoshoots etc.
