To align with our new online presence, we are seeking a skilled SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to help us achieve top Google rankings and maintain our SEO performance.
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a service-based industry, focusing on SEO and Google Ads. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts, ensuring we remain at the forefront of search engine results and effectively utilize our new website.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Management:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to enhance search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to maintain and improve organic search performance.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics & SEMrush.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative strategies for maximum engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad variations and landing pages.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to marketing strategy development.
- Provide regular updates and reports on SEO and Google Ads performance to the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments as needed to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO and Google Ads performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Experienced SEO professional with 2+ years of experience, ideally within a service-based industry
- SEO & SEM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing techniques to effectively monitor, manage, and enhance campaign performance.
- Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and link building.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, including experience with Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Suite, SEMrush).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing SEO and Google Ads for multiple brands or businesses.
- Certification in Google Ads or SEO-related fields.
