Will you be part of the most exciting retail transformation in Australia today?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Shell Card Marketing Manager, to lead the Shell Card marketing team, including management of day-to-day marketing activities as well as setting the long-term marketing strategy. This role will have primary accountability for the P&L for the SME segment and providing marketing support to the broader Shell Card Business. This is a 12-month fixed term Maternity Leave contract.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership for mass market portfolio.
- Managing all marketing for the Shell Card business and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Well-developed customer service focus with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills that contributes to effective and efficient project execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
- High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multi task under pressure and work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes
