Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Admin Officer to join our team. This dual role involves coordinating marketing initiatives to promote our programs while also handling general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, Reels making, posting and community engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including events and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company’s website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, emails and student documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions and student support teams to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate and bring new Education/Migration agents on board.
- Assist in organising campus events, seminars and open days.
- Maintain and organise office files, records, student files, agent files and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.38 – $27.99 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
