The Role.
As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join Studio A as an Social & Events Assistant. This role is part-time, contract, starting at 2-days per week, with ample opportunity to grow. In this role, you will support talent management, brand outreach, and event execution, playing a key role in driving new partnerships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in influencer management and event production within a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities.
* Pro-active outreach to potential new brand partnerships and clients
* Assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with new and existing brands and clients
* Draft & Manage contracts for talent engagement
* Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms
* Help plan and execute events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support
* Prepare and send invoices to clients
* Assist with Bookkeeping tasks
Essential Skills.
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, managing both influencers and event-related tasks with ease.
* Creative and forward-thinking, with a passion for identifying and leveraging new trends in influencer marketing and event activation strategies.
* Strong creative vision, dedicated to producing memorable experiences for events and talent partnerships.
* Passionate about influencer management and digital marketing, with an understanding of various social media platforms and their potential for talent growth.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to craft engaging content and communications for influencers, events, and brand partnerships.
* Preferred proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, used for creating influencer assets, event materials, and brand collateral.
