The Role
As our Australian Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of exciting tasks that include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, chatbot and research. Your mission is to develop relationships with prospects and identify opportunities in Australasia.
Product Promotion: You'll be the driving force behind promoting our MCS rental software solutions and making qualified sales appointments for our sales team.
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via website, telephone, and email, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on creating a comprehensive Australian marketing activity plan, contributing to marketing campaigns that will elevate our brand.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for French social media channels and create captivating marketing videos featuring short software demos. Your linguistic skills will shine as you create Australian marketing collateral, including customer case studies, news articles, and adaptation of some UK materials.
Event Representation: Help organise and represent MCS rental software solutions at exhibitions and events, networking and showcasing our products.
Database Management: Take ownership of and maintain our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and organisation.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
