We’re Hiring: Marketing Coordinator Part-Time Role

We're looking for a Brand/Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take charge of our agency's internal marketing efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our brand stands out across digital platforms, events, and every client interaction. Your strategic mindset and creative flair will elevate our brand while aligning it with our growth objectives.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and executing the internal marketing strategy for Gordon Digital.
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across our digital channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Collaborating with leadership to refine and develop our brand message and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Writing compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Overseeing design elements, from social media graphics to branded materials, ensuring all creative aligns with our brand identity.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and presenting insights to the leadership team.
- Organising and coordinating agency events, including our annual team retreat and quarterly social events.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring our brand's presence evolves with the digital landscape.

What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal Brand/Marketing Coordinator will have:
- Minimum 1+ years of marketing or brand management experience
- A strong background in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva, along with scheduling platforms
- An eye for detail and a strategic mindset
- Confidence with video editing and creative asset design
- Experience is any type of sales ideal but not essential
- A proven ability to drive engagement through on-brand storytelling
