We are looking for two exceptional marketers to join our newly transformed team. You will be an experienced marketing and communications professional with excellent content-creation and campaign management skills.
These roles will sit in the newly established Marketing and Communications team and report into the Coordinator Marketing and Communications. You will be responsible for developing and delivering an end-to-end marketing service for arts and cultural services, The Round (our state-of-the art performing arts centre) , Aqualink and Leisure Facilities and other Council community services.
If successful you will help shape our new Communications, Advocacy and Investment Department and support the establishment of Council's centralised marketing function.
To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications and/or experience in communications, marketing and/or related field.
You will know how to use your creativity to create engaging campaigns and know how to be hands-on the marketing tools to drive customer reach and conversions.
You will not be afraid to dabble in multimedia content creation such as photography, videography and basic graphic design – and if you haven't before, you will be open to learning new skills.
You will know how to use data to track how your marketing activities are going and be able to adapt your campaigns accordingly.
You will know how to tailor content for different audiences and understand how to use different channels effectively.
You will love working in a team environment and happy to help out when your colleagues need it. You will also have the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve mutual business objectives.
