The Aged Care Administration officer will work closely with the Aged Care Team including the Geriatrician’s, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Allied Health to provide administrative support.
The Administration officer will:-
- be accountable for the accuracy of data and reports produced and that all avenues of revenue are correctly recorded and processed
- adhere to the established business rules for the use of IPM and CHOC programs, including consistent and accurate entry of data
- maintain effective liaison and networks within relevant Aged Care Services and any appropriate external services
- collect and process statistical data as directed by the manager and provide reports on data as required
