- Part-time role (3 days/week)
- Marketing acumen & property experience desired
- · $65,000-$75,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Great opportunity to be a part of our fast-paced, high-performing corporate team, driving & supporting our marketing initiatives.
Joining the Raine & Horne family means stepping into a legacy that dates back more than 140 years, making us one of the country's oldest operating real estate companies. We've weathered the trends and stood the test of time, evolving into a vibrant, forward-thinking force in the industry.
We’re looking for a marketing executive to join our fast-paced marketing team, with a focus on our Commercial network. You will act as the commercial brand custodian, being the first point of contact for all network enquiries, driving brand awareness, producing engaging content, and championing our industry-first technology. This incredibly diverse role will see you multi-tasking across varied marketing initiatives.
Note: this is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave for 6 months.
- A snapshot of the role and key projects:
- Support the heads of Raine & Horne Commercial to manage day-to-day marketing processes relating to the Commercial network, including utilising our online ticketing system, communicating with agency principals and third-party providers;
- Support the roll-out of the Commercial brand refresh, including delivery of brand guidelines, templates and assets across digital and print platforms;
- Conduct, prepare, format and distribute reporting for specific marketing campaigns to the commercial network (e.g. Insights, Acumen);
- Work with the head of Commercial network and Head of Events to prepare and deliver the Q1 and Q2 National Auction Events from end to end (including all support, social campaigns, EDMs, print marketing, in-room assets, etc.);
- Oversee budgets for all commercial marketing initiatives, including raising purchase orders, producing cost reconciliations, and reporting;
- Coordinate and deliver Franchise Advisory Council meetings, including all presentations, collateral, minutes, reporting, etc;
- Liaise with internal and external copywriters as required to deliver EDMs, communications, and PR;
- Supporting the Commercial network on ad hoc tasks.
About You
- With prior marketing experience to draw on (ideally in real estate/property or an associated field), you will be a confident communicator with the ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will:
- Have a can-do attitude and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders;
- Be detail-oriented and highly organised;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and have hard conversations when required;
- Can review and interpret data and are able to draw out and translate key points;
- Have knowledge and application of marketing tools such as Canva, MS 365 suite, and ideally the Adobe suite for graphic design and content creation;
- Proficiency in social media scheduling programs would be highly advantageous but not essential;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound Like You?
If you have a can-do attitude and are ready to dive into the nitty-gritty, we want to hear from you! Previous experience within the real estate industry is preferred but not essential, so even if you love looking at property online, have your own property portfolio, and understand the acumen, you could be the perfect fit.
Candidates who are shortlisted for the role will be contacted and interviewed in the coming weeks, with the role to commence ideally in the week of 13th January 2025.
