Role Description
This is a casual/part-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Porter Green in Corio, VIC. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing strategies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Content Strategy
- Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Knowledge of sustainable living practices or interest in eco-friendly products
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or currently studying
- Previous experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for multiple social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools such as Preview.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner whilst accurately representing the brand voice.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with company goals.
- Take high-quality photographs and videos for use in social media content and other marketing materials including website and email marketing.
- Edit and retouch photographs using photo editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom).
- Knowledge of/familiar with/confident in running Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads etc.
- Knowledge of/familiar with/confident in Ecommerce Marketing.
- Set up and run email marketing campaigns.
- Shopify website management and updates.
- Capable of learning how to onboard products onto B2B and B2C sales channels/websites, manage and monitor sales channels/websites, manage and monitor inventory, communicate with customer support to resolve issues.
Hours & Pay
- Starting with but not limited to 10 - 20 hours per week.
- Flexible days/hours
- $25 per hour
