THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Design Team Member based in Mt Barker. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Sales Team, reporting to the Store Manager.

This is an ongoing,part time role, working across Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday roster.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
Assist customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping, involving manual handling to shift stock when required
Engage in regular product and sales training to confidently assist customer with product queries
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry preferred
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
