Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations/Ecommerce Assistant to support the daily operations at Brunae Body. You will support the logistics, website trading, supply chain and general team in continuing the growth here at Brunae.

Ecommerce/Retail
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Brunae Body ecommerce website and marketplace channels, aligning with brand marketing and product plans.
• Monitor and report on inventory management, supply chain logistics, product performance, and logistics efficiency.
• Assist senior team with Demand Planner/Inventory Forecasting
• Coordinate site updates, such as promotions and product uploads.
• Work with broader team to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain quality of delivery.
• Monitor and measure channel performance; present monthly trade results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Uphold quality standards and service levels across all customer touchpoints
• Assist with digital marketing team to ensure growth in organic and paid advertising
Preferred Qualifacations/Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working with at least 1 ecommerce businesses.
• Practical experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Xero are all highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proven ability to trade ecommerce websites and marketplace channels.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce, retail, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge in product development and supply chain.
