Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a Consulting Practice Manager at Organica Engineering. The Consulting Practice Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing consulting projects, providing professional services to clients, implementing business strategies, and overseeing project management activities. This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our consultancy. You’ll be the driving force behind our team’s efficiency, client management, and growth. This part-time hybrid role allows flexibility while contributing to our exciting projects.
Role Accountabilities
Operational Excellence: Coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, project timelines, and resource allocation.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Address inquiries, feedback, and client needs promptly.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and support staff.
- Facilitate effective teamwork, chargeability, and project delivery.
Web Development and Business Software Skills: Proficiency in web technologies (WordPress, Marketing Automation).
- Familiarity with business software (CRM, project management tools, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Office 365).
