About the role
It’s a great time to be part of the imageseven team. We’re in the midst of growth and we’ve got some exciting projects on the go. To support us in our next phase, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications (Marcom) Coordinator to help us achieve our mission of reinventing how schools attract, enrol and retain students - because every family deserves to find the right school for them and their future.
Reporting to the Senior Marcom Manager, the Marketing and Communications (Marcom) Coordinator role has a strong focus on communications and project management of marketing at Central Coast Grammar School, Erina Heights. This role is based on site at the School and works alongside a small team of other imageseven and school staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the Marketing and Communications office
- Develop/refine strategy execution and creative concepts
- Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with key internal School staff
- Coordinate and direct annual photoshoots and various video shoots on behalf of the client
- Coordinate projects such as the development of websites/webpages, and execution of publications and programs
- Engaging the client in marketing and communications projects, while ensuring the communications results are met
- Support the team as a brand champion and editor from a whole School perspective
- Oversee the management of various internal communications, with a focus on building a strong digital footprint.
About you
We are looking for applicants ideally with:
- Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant field
- A minimum of three years’ experience in an agency with B2B, or education focus; or a minimum of three years’ experience in managing in-house marketing communications
- Highly customer focused, proactive, has strong accountability and is solutions minded
- Experience in a range of communications consulting services
- Experience and demonstrated results in various communications roles
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and project responsibilities
- Comfortable using a Mac computer
- Comfortable working with data
- Comfortable operating within project management systems (e.g. Asana, TeamWork)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); and
- Basic to intermediate skills in the Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) desirable, but not essential.

- Remuneration range depending on candidate experience, between FTE $75,000 – $85,000 plus super.
- This is a two-year fixed contract position, with the potential for ongoing employment.
- This is a part time position, approximating 0.5 FTE, though this is open for negotiation.
