Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is critical in driving the growth and expansion of our business through the development of new partnerships, client acquisition, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NDIS sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to grow Key Support Services' client base and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, client referrals, and outreach to relevant stakeholders in the NDIS and disability sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent Key Support Services at industry events, networking functions, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and participant satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and enhance service offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, growth opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role within the NDIS or disability services sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS funding models, policies, and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: $57,118.96 – $65,000.00 per year
