- Extensive training, onboarding and support.
- Develop holiday programs for our Specialist services with industry leading program planning tools
- Administration tasks, making and confirming bookings. Inputting data into relevant programs.
- Have fun, delivering amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare
- Generous resource budget to spend as you plan incursions, special activities, inhouse days and super excursions
- Assist with project development of carnival days, along with the delivery of programmed events
- Good communication skills, forming relationships with venues and incursions providers
- Assist in the term time programming as well as Holiday Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and reporting of truly remarkable experiences for children of all abilities
- Administration tasks
- Project development and coordination
- Support and guide the team of educators in the delivery of programs and their associated activities
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Good computer skills are required, including excel
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal but not essential
- Previous experience in the disability area is ideal but not essential
- Previous event experience is desired but not essential
