As a Curriculum Leader, you'll have the opportunity to role model, coach, mentor, and engage in critical reflection with our exceptional team of educators. Together, we'll create enriching curriculums and environments that nurture the holistic development of each child.
THE ROLE AND SERVICE:
- Working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Option to work 4 days per week if desired
- Off-floor planning time - review and reflect on practices and have time to engage in professional development
- Nido Onboarding Programme and learning platform to foster growth and development
- Bi-Monthly cooking classes with our on site chef
- Weekly excursions to our local reserve with plans to further extend community connections in 2025

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working-towards
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
- Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
