We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants. We currently have vacancies for part-time employees in our Offices as well as contracting opportunities providing face-to-face support.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have experience providing high-quality counselling and crisis response support
- Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
- Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
- Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
- You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
3+ years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
