Position Description:
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for CNSA; focusing on NDIS-related services, including:
- Support coordination
- Community nursing
- Daily living support
- In-home SIL support.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Planning and Outreach:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to increase the organisation's reach within the NDIS market.
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities, including partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and participant needs to inform business growth strategies.
- Maintaining relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders such as government agencies, disability advocacy groups, support coordinators, local area coordinators and plan managers.
- Engaging with local communities, disability networks, and allied health professionals to promote CNSA’s services.
- Execution of strategies for client retention and satisfaction, ensuring quality service delivery to participants.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Developing promotional materials, digital marketing strategies and creating marketing campaigns to promote CNSA services.
- Representing the organisation at community events, expos, and forums to build awareness of the services offered.
Service Development:
- Collaboration with internal teams to enhance existing services and develop new services that align with the needs of our participants.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Financial Management and Reporting:
- Preparation of budgets and forecasting business development activities.
- Monitor the financial performance of business development initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
- Reporting on growth metrics, client acquisition, and business performance to the Director.
- Tracking market trends to identify growth opportunities.
As and when required you may be required to perform additional relevant tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Required)
- Police Clearance (Required)
- Working With Children Check (Required)
- Drivers License (Required)
