Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously, independently, and manage your own schedule
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Think creatively and innovatively to identify potential clients and markets.
- Aspire to grow and mentor your own enterprising team, coaching them toward growth and success.
- Attend training and development sessions and events

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Owns or has previously owned their own business

- Knowledge of marketing techniques is desirable
