We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of IT sales and digital marketing experience, with a keen ability to identify opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and drive business growth. This role is open to individuals with 0-4 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients in IT and digital marketing sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective appointment-setting strategies to maximize client engagement.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs to propose tailored IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and creative teams to develop proposals that align with client goals.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutual success.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to enhance the company’s offerings.
- Regularly report sales metrics and market findings to the leadership team.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to refine solutions based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-4 years in business development, IT sales, digital marketing, or appointment-setting roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Skills:
