Part-Time HR Business Partner (3 Days Per Week)
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR professional looking to work flexibly while still making a real impact. You’ll be working 3 days per week in the office, with the flexibility to choose your own hours on those days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Lead and support employee relations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including succession planning and employee retention programs.
- Facilitate the implementation of learning and development initiatives to upskill and retain top talent.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure fairness and alignment with market trends.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promote a culture of belonging within the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Experience in advising and coaching senior management on HR issues and strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
