Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our customer base and increasing Properfy's brand visibility in the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a part-time business development strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the property management and real estate sectors.
- Proactively identify and visit potential leads on the road to build face-to-face relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, landlords, and real estate agents.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas for Properfy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and lead generation campaigns.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the real estate, property management, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for in-person client meetings and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a flexible part-time role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
