Position: Business Development Sales Manager
Location: Flexible working arrangement, with occasional office visits in Sydney
Employment Type: Part-time or Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Manager with a passion for fashion and the ability to represent our brand with professionalism. This role is pivotal in driving sales, fostering relationships, and expanding Linore Collective’s reach. We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, is not afraid of rejection, and brings a positive, bubbly attitude to their work. Training is available, but self-motivation, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with new wholesale partners and retailers.
- Leverage interpersonal skills to maximize sales opportunities and expand our brand presence locally and internationally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market data and trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Represent Linore Collective with professionalism, aligning with our brand’s vision and values.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to sell effectively and handle rejection with resilience.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with an understanding of closing sales.
- A motivated and results-driven approach to work.
- Flexible working arrangement with the ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication and meeting sales goals.
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be available for visits to our Sydney office.
