Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to win corporate business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our expansion efforts, securing and building relationships with new clients and driving sales to meet targets.
Location: Sydney
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and win new corporate business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Manage and lead complex sales cycles, accurately forecasting and closing deals.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Hunt for and close new business by finding prospects and leads through various channels.
- Create an exceptional customer and team experience.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Proven success as a Business Development Manager, with experience in finding and onboarding new partners.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills; ability to develop effective business strategies.
- Track record of building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Experience in leading complex sales cycles, accurate forecasting, and deal closure.
- Successful background in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and create tailored solutions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and closure skills with executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and history of learning from setbacks.
- Team-oriented, dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience in Account Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and GDS tools (Amadeus and Sabre preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Business acumen and enthusiasm for working in a small, passionate team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ethical.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand all aspects of our products.
