AIE is looking for a part-time Games Producer Trainer that has worked in industry to come and join the team in Sydney.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery and assessment of Games Business, Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), program via face to face and/or online lectures, small group tutorials and one on one support
- Collaborative planning, development and review of curriculum and educational resource materials as required
- Monitoring of learner progress including coursework and assessment
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- A passion for the games development industry
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in small business or enterprise development, preferably in a games development and production environment or similar
- Experience leading or mentoring game development teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen enthusiasm to share knowledge and skills with others
- Strong sense of entrepreneurship
Desirable
- Higher Education qualification in a related area such as games development or business management
- TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent
Please note:
- This is a part time (0.6) position (3 days/week) with a 5-month probation period.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
