Business Development Consultant (Learning Industry) Part-Time

The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic, part-time Business Development Consultant to join us at our North Strathfield office. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy, helping us expand our reach across Sydney and beyond. You'll work closely with our team to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We know we are capable of love designing and delivering learning, but we need help with our sales and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings, both in-office and on the road around Sydney (travel expenses covered).
- Collaborate with our learning and development experts to ensure customised solutions that align with client needs from the sales meetings.
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Availability to work part-time from our North Strathfield office, with some travel around Sydney.

Level of Experience?
- We are open to accepting applications from entry level to highly experienced. However, you must have a knack for sales, initiative to create what's needed and a willingness to hit the ground running!
