Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team. Part time Flexible based role 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the company’s market share and awareness.
- Cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, stakeholders, community organizations, and other relevant entities.
- Regularly attend networking events, meetings, and conferences to promote Philips Home Care Services and forge new partnerships.
- Collaborate with the management team to align business development strategies with the company’s goals.
- Prepare and present reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, and business forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the NDIS, DVA, My aged care or disability services sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS service structures, particularly in complex SDA and SIL support services.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives effectively.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and professionals.
- Flexibility to work from home and travel extensively for face-to-face meetings and networking events.
Working Conditions:
- This role will initially be home-based, with the expectation that the candidate will spend a significant amount of time out in the field developing networks and relationships.
- Occasional travel and participation in events outside of standard working hours may be required.
